Dr Tara Malikova, FNP-BC, MS, WCC, IMG
Dr. Tara is the founder and head provider of Beauty Doctor Tara’s Med Spa. As a foreign medical graduate with an MD degree in surgical oncology, she brings over 24 years of extensive experience in oncology, emergency medicine, wound care, and aesthetics. After relocating to the U.S. in 2009, Dr. Tara skillfully rebuilt her career while raising two daughters. As a FNP, she holds three board certifications: from the ANCC, NAWCO (in wound care), and AAOPM (in procedural aesthetics). After balancing multiple roles as a wound care specialist, a professor at Pace University, and a primary care provider during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Dr. Tara decided to fully dedicate herself to her own medical spa.
With over 8 years of experience in procedural aesthetics, Dr. Tara has advanced to become a master expert injector. She has trained with leading professionals in Europe, including Dr. Lala Abdullayeva, Julie Horne (the “queen of lips”), Dr. Rayad Harb (renowned for nose procedures), and Dr. Raj Acquilla. In 2023, Dr. Tara was a finalist for the nonsurgical facelift category at the AMWC in Monaco and was nominated for the 2023 and 2024 Natural Facial Sculpting Injector at the LI Beauty Awards.
She is actively involved in international conferences, ensuring she remains at the forefront of aesthetic medicine.

Alejandra Herman is a licensed esthetician with a global flair—born in Colombia and raised in Spain. With more than a decade of experience, she’s mastered everything from LDM and phlebotomy, peels, all types of facials, laser hair removal devices like Clarity 2 and BBL/Moxi. Her diverse skill set and passion for transformative skincare make her an indispensable asset to our team.
Amal Rabia Siddiqui
LE & MedSpa Coordinator
Amal Siddiqui is a New York–born licensed esthetician and spa coordinator with a background in digital marketing and advanced aesthetics. With a focus on skin health, client education, and medical-grade treatments, Amal blends technical knowledge with an approachable, calming presence that clients trust.
Her training includes advanced protocols in chemical peels, laser hair removal, and corrective skincare. Whether she’s performing a customized facial or guiding clients through their post-treatment care, Amal is committed to delivering thoughtful, results-oriented services tailored to each individual.
In her role as spa coordinator, Amal ensures every client’s experience is seamless and elevated—from consultation to checkout. She also contributes to the med spa’s digital strategy, using her marketing expertise to enhance online engagement and community outreach.
