Dr Tara Malikova, FNP-BC, MS, WCC, IMG
Dr. Tara is the founder and head provider of Beauty Doctor Tara’s Med Spa. As a foreign medical graduate with an MD degree in surgical oncology, she brings over 24 years of extensive experience in oncology, emergency medicine, wound care, and aesthetics. After relocating to the U.S. in 2009, Dr. Tara skillfully rebuilt her career while raising two daughters. As a FNP, she holds three board certifications: from the ANCC, NAWCO (in wound care), and AAOPM (in procedural aesthetics). After balancing multiple roles as a wound care specialist, a professor at Pace University, and a primary care provider during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Dr. Tara decided to fully dedicate herself to her own medical spa.
With over 8 years of experience in procedural aesthetics, Dr. Tara has advanced to become a master expert injector. She has trained with leading professionals in Europe, including Dr. Lala Abdullayeva, Julie Horne (the “queen of lips”), Dr. Rayad Harb (renowned for nose procedures), and Dr. Raj Acquilla. In 2023, Dr. Tara was a finalist for the nonsurgical facelift category at the AMWC in Monaco and was nominated for the 2023 and 2024 Natural Facial Sculpting Injector at the LI Beauty Awards.
She is actively involved in international conferences, ensuring she remains at the forefront of aesthetic medicine.

Iranny Espinal ,LE ,MedSpa Coordinator
Iranny Espinal is a dedicated licensed esthetician and medspa coordinator with a passion for beauty and self-care that blossomed into a career in 2020. With extensive hands-on training in body contouring from the Dominican Republic, Iranny has honed her skills in helping patients achieve their weight loss and post-surgery goals. Her expertise also includes providing lymphatic drainage treatments for post-surgical recovery, ensuring clients feel revitalized and supported throughout their journeys.
At our medspa, Iranny specializes in rejuvenating facials and advanced laser hair removal, tailoring each treatment to meet the unique needs of her clients. As a medspa coordinator, she plays a vital role in managing patient care and enhancing the overall client experience. Iranny’s responsibilities include facilitating consultations, and ensuring seamless communication between clients and our skilled team.
Currently pursuing further studies in the healthcare field, Iranny is committed to expanding her knowledge and expertise to better serve her clients. Her dual role as both an esthetician and coordinator allows her to blend clinical knowledge with exceptional client care, creating a welcoming environment where beauty and wellness thrive.
